What data is processed and why
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, and response status. This is necessary to deliver, secure, and diagnose the website under the controller’s legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are normally retained for up to 30 days, unless an incident or legal claim requires longer retention.
If you contact Frankentools, the controller processes your name, email address, message, attachments, and product details you choose to provide. This supports pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, and legitimate support interests under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Support correspondence is normally retained for 24 months after the matter closes; records needed for claims may be retained for the applicable limitation period.
Providing contact information is voluntary, but without it Frankentools may be unable to answer. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health data, or other sensitive information through ordinary email.
Processors and external services
Hostinger provides hosting, CDN, email, and security infrastructure and processes technical data under its Data Processing Addendum.
Unity Asset Store and Discord are independent services. Their privacy terms apply after you follow an external link or use their platforms. The public website does not use behavioural advertising, user accounts, profiling, or automated decision-making.
International transfers
Some infrastructure or external-platform providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires safeguards, providers use adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism described in their privacy documentation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority. Send requests to hello@frankentools.pro. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Changes
This policy is reviewed when the website, providers, or processing purposes change materially. The review date at the top identifies the current version.
